This beast can be street legal but I never did as it is used for hunting on my property. Run flat tires and great for farms/ranches. Brakes may need refreshing as I have to press hard but no squeaks. All lights work and ready to be street legal. Top speed is 60 which is why I used it on farm. In original condition, no add ons except a new driver pad. Dual Batteries brand new. 1992.
